Equipment requirements:
A clinical laboratory must have the necessary equipment depending on the nature of the tests. It is impossible to imagine a laboratory without equipment. A typical standard laboratory should have the following equipment.
Use and precautions:
1- Digital or mechanical for scale weighing
2-Microscope
3- Water purifier
4- PPT automatic
5- Centrifuge
6. Autoclave and pressure cooker
7- Water bath
8- Incubator
9-Mixer and Roaster
10- Equipment for common use in the laboratory
11- First aid kit
12- Stationary Record Simple Collection Tube Syringe and Dolly etc
13- Computer with printer
Description Laboratory equipment
For laboratory scale weighing:
The presence of a sensitive laboratory scale is very important for the correct preparation of chemicals used in the laboratory. Two today Types of laboratory scale are available:
1- Mechanical laboratory scale
2. Digital Laboratory Scale
Mechanical laboratory scales are less expensive but their results are not as accurate as digital ones, so it is better to have a digital scale. Required for standard laboratory.
Use of Digital/Mechanical Scale:
1-Carefully read the instructions given by the manufacturer for using a digital/mechanical scale and determine the weight by following them. Do not exceed
2. Always use the scale very carefully.
3. Place the scale on a flat surface where it is easy to use.
4.Adjust the zero point according to the manufacturer's instructions.
5-Do not add any chemicals directly to the scales for weighing. It is better to have a glass dish or a small flask Add the chemicals (don't forget to justify below).
6- While weighing, if the amount of chemical is less or more, take the glass beaker tube dish etc. from the scale and take it out of the scale.
7- Use forceps to pick up and hold weight cues used for weighing.
8. Clean the scale carefully after use.
9-Always keep the scale clean, protect from dirt and rust
